Using Wax Injection with a silicone mold is another method of Lost Wax Casting by which we can create your unique jewelry. If you already have a silicone mold of your design, we’ll be happy to assist you with the rest of the process.
We place the mold back together carefully to ensure the proportions and details of the piece line up precisely. Texture is applied during the cutting apart of the mold so that each groove or cut fits perfectly back together.
The Wax Injection process is performed with a pressurized vacuum wax injector to preserve the most delicate details of the piece. Every tiny space is filled in within the mold to ensure no air gets in and no details are lost.
Once the mold is filled to our expert specifications, the wax needs to cool down. After this process is complete, the wax model can be removed, examined for quality and perfection, and then moved to the casting phase of the process. Multiple wax models are joined carefully, creating a wax tree.
