Every custom piece we make in our Bali factory follows one of four production workflows. You choose two things: the master model, either a 3D CAD model that we 3D print in resin or a wax model that our artisans hand-carve, and the production type, either a single prototype or sample, or a batch of identical pieces made through a silicone mold and wax injection. All four workflows are built from the same production steps, from visual concept to laser engraving.

3D Prototype Workflow
Single sample
One sample piece from a 3D CAD model, 3D printed in resin and cast in silver.
Best for: highly detailed designs you want to test as a prototype or sample.
Wax Prototype Workflow
Single sample
One sample piece cast in silver from a wax master that our artisans carve by hand.
Best for: organic, fluid or traditional designs where hand-carved detail matters.
3D Batch Workflow
Production quantities
Production quantities from a 3D CAD model: a resin master, silicone mold and wax injection before casting in silver.
Best for: production runs of a highly detailed design.
